How do I return?

Email us at returns@plumhanger.com with the following information
  • Name: 
  • Order Number:
  • Items you wish to return with reason for return

Example

  • Name: Ashley Snear
  • Order Number: #109
  • Items to return: Anchors Aweigh / too small, Mustacho Kitties Shoes Size 9 / too big, Mama Bear t-shirt / changed mind

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • For accessories, jewelry and shoes, unworn
  • In the original packaging and/or original hanging tags still attached

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

  • There is a 20% restocking fee with any return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping (We highly recommend using tracking and insurnace with your return! The Plum Hanger is not responsible for any damage or lost items.) 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 14 working days.
  • You will be refunded to your original form of payment.

What items are exchangeable?
